2025 Highlights: Launching Qi Qi Boom, Growing CSR Impact, and Designing What Lasts Next

February 2025 marked a new beginning for us. It was the month we launched Qi Qi Boom (QQB), our flagship herbal wellness crafting programme. Less than a year later, QQB has reached more than 1,000 people across different communities, and our other programmes have reached 2,000 more. That’s 3,000+ lives reached to date.

This post is a reflection on what we built in 2025, the milestones we’re grateful for, and why we’re taking a bold step forward into longer-lasting impact.

1) Launching our flagship: Qi Qi Boom (QQB)

QQB was created to make wellness feel practical, calming, and doable.

Through sensory herbal crafting and simple self-care practices, participants don’t just “make something nice.” They leave with something they can use in everyday life and skills they can repeat at home. This combination of sensory engagement and practical takeaways is why QQB resonated across communities.

2025 QQB impact so far

  • Launched: Feb 2025

  • Reached: 1,000+ participants across communities in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Delivered across diverse settings: community groups, seniors, and mixed-audience sessions

If you’re looking for a herbal wellness workshop that is inclusive and facilitation-ready, QQB is built for that.

2) A milestone moment: showcased at raiSE’s 10th Anniversary

One of the highlights of this season was being selected to be part of raiSE’s 10th Anniversary celebration, an event graced by Guest of Honour, President Tharman Shanmugaratnam.

We were also recognised within raiSE’s membership framework as an Emerging Social Enterprise, a marker of impact creation and revenue generation with clear social intentionality.
It was a meaningful reminder that social enterprises grow best in an ecosystem, through shared learning, collaboration, and community.

3) Expanding impact through CSR programme management

In 2025, we also launched and strengthened our CSR programme management work alongside corporate partners. This meant going beyond facilitation to support end-to-end programme success: designing meaningful flows, partnering with beneficiaries, and helping volunteers show up with confidence and purpose.

Through these collaborations, we’ve reached hundreds more through CSR-linked initiatives, while creating experiences that feel respectful, human, and genuinely connecting.

4) Recognition, visibility, and support

This year also came with affirming milestones.

We were grateful to be:

  • conferred NVPC Company of Good (2 Hearts) as part of our ongoing journey to build corporate purpose and holistic impact

  • featured in the media, which helped more partners understand our work and opened doors to new communities

  • supported through opportunities and funding that helped us pilot, refine, and grow with intention

Every award, feature, and grant matters not as a trophy, but as fuel to keep designing work that is inclusive, grounded, and community-ready.

What’s next: designing impact that lasts

2025 was about building momentum. 2026 is about building lasting systems.

This year, something bigger is happening.

1) Launching Training and Consultancy

We’re launching a Training and Consultancy service for organisations that want impact that continues long after a single event or pilot.

LCM is a design thinking company. We don’t just run programmes. We design frameworks, toolkits, and implementation systems that teams can repeat, scale, and sustain.

2) Transforming senior living through our “Open Village” project

We’re also deepening our work in senior care through an “Open Village” style approach: bringing schools and the community into nursing homes to create shared activities, relationships, and a stronger sense of belonging.

This is about transforming a care setting into a connected community, where seniors are not just recipients of care, but part of community life.

If you’re a partner, here’s how we can work together

If you’re:

  • a care provider seeking better engagement and purpose for seniors

  • a corporate team looking for CSR programmes that create real value

  • a school or community partner wanting meaningful intergenerational work

Let’s build something sustainable together.

Reach out with your objectives, audience, timeline, and budget range, and we’ll propose a clear pathway.
