A hands-on cultural learning experience introducing Chinese wellness traditions through herbs, measurement, sensory discovery and making.
Step into the role of a Little TCM Practitioner
Students explore selected herbs by sight, touch and scent, use a traditional Chinese balance scale, follow a simple herbal recipe and wrap a herbal pack in brown medicine paper. They also make an aromatic sachet and explore age-appropriate ideas about Qi, meridians and simple acupressure.
