About Little Changemakers
Designing inclusive programmes, user-centred spaces and meaningful community experiences across generations.
Little Changemakers is a Singapore-based social enterprise that creates hands-on workshops, wellness experiences, design thinking programmes, CSR engagements, and user-centred community solutions for schools, seniors, care organisations, corporates and community partners.
What We Do
We design experiences that help people learn, connect, contribute and flourish. Our work sits at the intersection of education, inclusion, wellness, eldercare, design thinking, and community impact.
Workshops for Students
Hands-on school workshops, VIA, service-learning, creative art, STEM tinkering, sensory play and design thinking programmes.
Purposeful Ageing
Wellness-based activities, intergenerational programmes, dementia-friendly resources and meaningful engagement for seniors.
CSR and Community Impact
Meaningful CSR programmes that connect volunteers with children, seniors, caregivers and community groups.
User-Centred Solutions
Space transformation, care model design, sensory environments, programme systems and community engagement models.
Our Approach
We do not design activities just to keep people busy. We design with purpose, access, dignity and participation in mind.
How We Work
We Start With Real Needs
We observe gaps, listen to users, understand barriers, and design around what people actually need to participate meaningfully.
We Create With Purpose
Our programmes are designed to support learning, wellbeing, dignity, access, confidence, connection and contribution.
We Build for Real-World Use
We think about facilitation, operations, safety, materials, training, partnerships and long-term programme sustainability.

Our Work in the Community
Little Changemakers works across sectors because community needs are connected. A school workshop can prepare students to serve with empathy. A senior programme can support wellbeing, confidence and purpose. A CSR experience can become more than a one-off event when it is designed with care.
Schools and Student Programmes
We support schools with creative workshops, STEM tinkering, sensory play, VIA, service-learning, student leadership and design thinking for social good.
Senior and Care Programmes
We create activities and engagement models that support dignity, purpose, social connection, emotional wellbeing and meaningful participation for seniors.
CSR and Partnerships
We help corporates and community partners design engagement experiences that are practical, respectful and meaningful for both volunteers and beneficiaries.
Space and Care Model Innovation
We support user-centred design projects such as sensory spaces, eldercare activity areas, intergenerational spaces, care models and community engagement systems.
Activity Kits and Printables
We design facilitation resources, activity kits, sensory materials and printable activities that support teachers, caregivers, facilitators and care teams.
From Idea to Implementation
We help partners turn community needs into practical programmes, testable ideas, operational systems and sustainable social impact models.
