What’s Different About Our CSR

Not just an activity, but a guided reflection that lasts

We include guided reflection before and after the session, so volunteering becomes a mindset shift, not a one-off activity.
Volunteers reflect on their views of ageing, what they noticed in the interaction, and what meaningful connection looks like across generations. Many leave thinking about how they want to age, and the small steps they can start today for the next 20–30 years.

You’ll also receive simple reflection prompts we can adapt to your CSR goals (empathy, inclusion, wellbeing, belonging).

Designing a Future We’d Want to Grow Old In: Lessons from Working with Seniors

Almost everyone who volunteers with seniors eventually asks the same profound question: How would I, or my parents, want to grow old?

“I wish I had known you earlier.” Why CSR managers say this, and what it reveals about CSR today

If you’re a CSR lead, you might recognise that feeling.
The challenge is translating intention into an experience that feels natural, inclusive, and genuinely engaging for everyone involved.

FAQs

  • We organise programmes for children, youth, families, seniors, and persons with disabilities (PWDs). We match the beneficiary group to your goals and objectives - e.g., gardening, intergenerational crafts with seniors, science projects with children, and many more!

  • We start with a short discovery call to define outcomes (e.g., empathy, inclusion, skills-based volunteering). Then we tailor the activity mix, group structure, timing, and impact deliverables to fit your team.

  • Most sessions are 1.5–3 hours. We support 15–200+ volunteers by splitting into small, inclusive circles with the right facilitator-to-participant ratio.

  • At your office or at a partner community centre. Hybrid options are available. We handle venue liaison, materials, and logistics.

  • Just confirm your headcount, date window, venue preference, and any logistic matters. We provide a ready-to-share volunteer brief before the event.

  • Ideal lead time is 4 weeks; we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. Quarterly or annual CSR calendars are available.

  • Absolutely. Many teams pair Qi Qi Boom™ wellness or make social gifts for beneficiaries in the same programme.

  • Yes, English and Mandarin by default; Bahasa Melayu on request (subject to availability).

  • Definitely! We welcome children to play active roles so that they will have a positive experience, which makes them want to come back. Our team ensures activities are safe, fun, and age-appropriate.

Younger children may be paired with a parent or guardian to guide them through the experience.

  • We provide a pricing guide in the Programme Catalogue and Guide to help you estimate budget. For an official quotation, message us your date window, headcount, venue preference, and outcomes and we will recommend the best programme flow with confirmed pricing.
