Two simple ways to support.
The calculators are based on beneficiary wish lists and are designed to help companies estimate quantities and budget before purchasing. Downloading a calculator gives you the latest Excel version from our current master file, so you do not need a Google account or Google sign-in. There is no obligation to fulfil every item on a list.
Pack & Donate
Turn the donation into a team volunteering activity. Purchase the requested items, pack them together at your office, then donate the completed packs to the beneficiary organisation.
Make, Keep or Give
Make practical herbal wellness items as a team. Participants can keep their own set as a wellness activity, or make and pack the sets for a beneficiary as part of a CSR programme.
Donate Directly
No packing session is required. Choose items according to the organisation's current needs and your available budget, then arrange the donation directly with the beneficiary organisation.
Pack & Donate
Best for companies that want employees to take part in a hands-on packing activity. Download the latest Excel calculator, choose quantities according to your budget, and contact the beneficiary organisation directly to confirm the latest needs and delivery arrangements. You can manage this process yourselves using our free planning tools, or engage Little Changemakers to manage the planning and coordination for S$400 per engagement.
Self-managed: There is no planning or management fee from Little Changemakers.

LCM-managed: If you would like Little Changemakers to liaise with the beneficiary,

fee applies per engagement. The fee does not include the donated items, transport
or delivery charges, storage/warehouse costs or packing labour unless separately quoted.

Little Changemakers provides these planning tools to make community needs easier to see. Donation, delivery and receiving arrangements should be confirmed directly with the beneficiary organisation.

If you engage Little Changemakers to manage the care-pack planning and coordination, a S$400 management fee applies per engagement.

No. Choose the items and quantities that fit your available budget. The calculators are designed to help you explore different combinations.
Does Little Changemakers receive or distribute the donations?
By default, the corporate donor can manage the process directly using the free calculators, item-purchase links and beneficiary contact details provided. If you prefer Little Changemakers to manage the care-pack planning and coordination on your behalf, a S$400 management fee applies per engagement.
What does the S$400 care-pack planning and management fee cover?
The S$400 fee applies per engagement when Little Changemakers manages the care-pack planning and coordination for you. This includes liaising with the beneficiary to confirm current needs and quantities, coordinating packing requirements, and helping to plan purchasing and delivery arrangements. The fee does not include the cost of donated items, transport or delivery, storage/warehouse costs or packing labour unless these are quoted separately. If your team manages the process yourselves using our free calculator, no Little Changemakers planning or management fee applies.
What is the difference between Pack & Donate and Donate Directly?
Pack & Donate is suitable when employees want a hands-on packing activity. Donate Directly is for organisation wish-list items that can be purchased and delivered without a packing session.
Do I need a Google account to use the calculators?
No. Click the download button to download the calculator as an Excel file. No Google sign-in or “Make a copy” step is required.
How do I make sure I am using the latest calculator?
Download the calculator from this page whenever you are planning a new donation. The download link points to Little Changemakers' current master file, so each new download gives you the latest available version at that time.
Are the prices guaranteed?
No. Prices are preliminary planning figures and may change because of promotions, stock availability, supplier changes or delivery costs.
