Beyond Batik: Going Beyond Craft This National Day at Our Tampines Hub
Beyond Batik was created for National Day 2026 in collaboration with Our Tampines Hub, inspired by the theme “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!” Through batik, participants explored cultural exchange, motifs and symbolism before repurposing the fabric into vibrant accessories. More importantly, trainees from the Enabling Services Hub stepped up from learners to co-facilitators, showing how art can build skills, confidence and meaningful opportunities to contribute.
